In 1982, The Truth were formed and made an immediate impact with their first single ‘Confusion (Hits Us Everytime)’, a soulful alt/pop track that they performed on Top Of The Pops. The Truth went onto release their debut album ‘Playground’, establishing a loyal fan base in the UK. 1987’s ‘Weapons Of Love’ grew their following in US before ‘Jump’ became the group’s last album, the band parted ways in 1989. The Truth recently reformed to mark 30 years since their last release and have created a brand new EP ‘Keep On Keeping On’ made available May 23rd.
